What is it nanoparticles?
Nanoparticles are invisible to the eye. Their size is usually hundred to thousand times smaller than the thickness of a hair. Since they are generally transparent in the final products, it allows them to be used in all applications. Although completely invisible on the surface, they give it a desired properties, even after a long time. In NanoTrade we call it the 'surfaces processing".
Nanotechnological protection (processing) of surfaces or structures supplied new features to the materials of wide range. Some can be achieved simply by spraying onto the surface, the other is achieved already in the structure of the basic materials. Although it is a more complex process, but the new feature is more durable. The advantage over chemical impregnation is that nanotechnological products contain standard and simple nature substances and the desired effect is achieved mostly by physical methods. Another big advantage is that there are not enviromentaly hazardous chemicals used.
Beware of cheap products!
Although in recent years the market brings new companies offering various nanoproducts withquestionable quality and functionality. Because this field is very attractive, there are several "Resellers" or importers of various goods without proper safety and facilities for the client. Regular customer can easily failin recognize the true benefits or quality. Caution if purchasing low price products.

All surfaces usually have two basic characteristics, absorbent (plaster, concrete, bricks, stone, textile ....) or non-absorbent (glass, plastics, metals ...). Therefore we offer several types of materialprotections. The essential difference between them is in the liquid (the carrier), active ingredients. For absorbent surfaces the carrier is water, for non-absorbent surfaces, the carrier is mostly alcohol.

How does it work?
Hydrophobic coats minimize the adhesion between liquid and surface. On treated surface, the surface forces changes that influence the liquid droplets. They better run down and wash away the solid particles (that also cause contamination of the surface materials) with it. We were mostly inspired by nature in developing these hydrophobic products.
Surfaces treated by hydrophobic coating do not have to be treated and cleanes frequently, they are less thermally conductive, so that prevent power loss. Thus refined surfaces are more resistant to harmful effect of salts, acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons and other chemicals. The reduced water infiltration into the structure improves its insulating properties and prevents further secondary effects, such as corrosion, efflorescence, the formation of moss, mold etc.
